Technical support is a dedicated service for each Client company. Our team of experienced service engineers is at your disposal. They constantly improve their qualifications by regular trainings, and their skills are systematically reviewed by system designers. Each of them specializes in a different field, which warrants a higher-than-usual level of provided services, as well as quick and professional assistance.

We do our best to ensure that the installation and servicing of our systems is carried out at the place and time most convenient for the Client, but at the same time guarantees the utmost security and reliability.

On the acceptance of completed work, it is possible to conclude a contract on support services, based on which (for a specified fee) the following services are provided:

  • supervision of the efficient operation of electrical and mechanical elements, and repairing faults that occurred for causes not related to our products
  • supervision of the efficient operation of software, and repairing faults that occurred for causes not related to our products
  • free phone consulting on a flexible time basis, depending on the Client’s needs and arrangements between the contracting parties
  • access to the website with software upgrade downloads for the system
  • possibility to expand and slightly modify the system as per contractual terms

Technical support is individually customized for each Client. Depending on the chosen version of the SafeGuard system and your particular needs, we will offer the solution that best ensures the efficient and secure running of your company.
